Refund Policy If for any reason a prospective client should request a refund after payment is made Genesis Web Marketing will refund money where a request was made within two business days of making payment. A processing fee will be deducted from the full amount of the refund: For a refund of $75 a processing fee of $6.50 would be deducted. For a refund of $300 a processing fee of $25 would be deducted. No refunds will be issued for Directory List.
